EYE Corp Media began in Australia in 2002 as Network TEN one of the “free to air” (network) TV stations in Australia looked to expand its media holdings and through acquisition created what was at the time the largest out-of-home media company in Australia and New Zealand. Over time the business expended into Indonesia, Singapore, United States and the United Kingdom, creating a diverse portfolio of out of home media that included billboard, street furniture, airport, shopping mall, and university media.
In 2006 with the acquisition of two regional shopping mall media businesses in the United States and some other media acquisitions, EYE Mall Media USA was born. In short time, EYE Mall Media became the largest shopping mall media operator in the United States.
In January 2016, EYE Mall Media USA became a standalone business as Network TEN sold off their out of home media portfolio. EYE Corp Media USA has expanded into new business operations and in addition to the EYE Mall Media USA business, now operates entertainment, grocery and transit media businesses.
